This Week's Games | 20-22 Apr 19

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

The 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th placed teams took a combined solitary point between them this weekend. Perhaps the goal of CL football is not all it’s cracked up to be

Maybe, just maybe, the PL is not as competitive as we think. Two teams to running away with it and the rest just playing off for the minors. Or, is it that two teams have been exceptional and the rest been true to form?

Anyway, probably a good result for us. Not as much pressure on Rags to go for it in our game and Burnley are near guaranteed PL status.

Just watching the Spurs game and every touch the Spurs players are hitting the floor and screaming like little bitches. Ref gives them everything and the commentators agree.

It'so easy to see how they manipulate the viewer and set the narrative, especially when you look at some of the things that happen to us and describe it as 'He was already falling ...'.

Spuds still 0-0 coming up to half time. Ordinarily I’d want these to get beat, but it gives the rags another chance to sneak top 4.

From the bits I’ve seen, Brighton have had the best chances

Brighton have defended for their lives and had a couple of chances in the last few minutes. Spuds don't look great though.

Andone is gonna get a red card tonight if he carries on. Been booked and had two other hefty challenges that without a prior yellow might have seen yellow

I think he is the only romanian player I actually respect. He does that, he never holds back, he is really hungry for performance because everything he does is for his mom.
