I think you'll find that was Darren Huckerby.

what about anelka?!

Another good contender, he used drive me mad.

I'm still holding Adebayor up as the benchmark though, that cunt was born offside.

Yet he still missed from 8 yards in a must win match.

You mean the great goal line clearance from Mee that on any other day wouldve been a goal?

Number 1 - he should have passed to Raz

Number 2. - doesn't matter whose on the fuckign line - its 8 yards...time to pick your spot....must win must win must win match.

Number 3 - both of the above.

What about the old adage and football law of a former player scoring against his old club?

Step forward Mahrez

If he scores the winner I'll get a shirt with his name on the back.

Balls to sentiment. Keep him away from this game. Let him go back to Leicester on the Coach with them.

knowing him, as he turns back on himself towards Walker , he'd probably set up Vardy for a run at goal.

If he did score the winner I'd 100% forgive that peno miss.

Anyone got any stats? Would love to know who’a the winner out of that lot who clearly did not understand the offside rule

https://www.premierleague.com/stats/top/players/total_offside

Forget that got it myself - adebayor is no 1 offside of premier league history, elk and Benjani rated highly as well (no 9 will also raise a lot of eyebrows)

Darius a pathetic 94th - weird coz I remember him being permanently offside

Edit again - sorry you’ll need to filter it yourselves as that doesn’t work with the link

Check the replay - easy ball was to sterling who had noone with him...guaranteed goal....Sterling was pissed off actually.
Failing to pass the ball it should have been high into the net...an easy chance.

Unbelievable bit of skill by Jesus to get in that position. Would have been goal of the season.
Sterling had a "guaranteed goal" at Burnley last season. Guess what- he missed it.

Vassell was fucking useless at 1 on 1’s, anyone remember that? When he wasn’t offside he’d burn through the defence, 1 on 1, straight at the keeper.

still agree with this , i know where carl's coming from, but he showed great skill. It is a shame he didn't get the second.
