Less than 3 days and 16 hours to go until our biggest game of the season. Where will you be watching? Pre-match thoughts?
After what's happened over the last two days in the Chumps league it should be a timely reminder to all that anything can happen on Sunday. Even though Brighton are 17/1 to beat us and 15/2 for the draw I'm nervous as fuck, and can't help but feel it's going to be anything but straight forward. Sunday can't come fast enough!!!
I'm guessing Fernandinho and De Bruyne won't make it back in time? If so, I'd go with:
Ederson, Walker, Kompany, Laporte, Stones, Gundogan, D Silva, B Silva, Sterling, Aguero, Jesus

Kompany should 100% play in this match.

If he is fit, he will definitely play. As for the rest, I doubt Fern and KDB will be fit so possibly same team as started on Monday with only other option swapping Bernie for Foden in the middle and playing Sane or Mahrez which is unlikely
Going down early doors on Sunday going to be a great (very long) day with several bottles of gin required for the coach journey. Come the fuck on City

Nothing more certain than a tough enough encounter. They will sit tight and make it difficult.
Those expecting a big score can forget it.

Was thinking about watching this in a pub, but I don't think I could handle it if we are losing. Will sedate myself with Belgian 9% beers and watch this at home with the curtains drawn.

No Foden this time, please Pep. No experience.
I like the fella, but Sunday is only about the big boys. Speaking, are there any chances of Fernie and KDB around the squad?

I wouldn't want Stones in the DM role. He hasn't been playing, presumably his private life has got to him too, and I can't forget how awful we looked against Palace with him there.

Not even Pep is mad enough to try Stones there for this one. The emphasis is on us to go out & win this one & so he may stick Jesus up top with Sergio & Sterling rather than risk Sane or Mahrez & go with both Silva's & Gundo in the middle

That's not an option based on his last 2 performances.
Though Pep is of course bonkers and there's never a teamsheet without a surprise in it!

Kev was limping around the pitch after the Leicester match.

Come on lads. We have to do this. The dipper outpouring this week alone for a semi final has been vomit inducing. We cannot let them win this. We just can't.

Left back continues to terrify me. Zinchenko was horrible in the first half on Monday, better after a word from Pep at half time, I suspect. I've no idea what to suggest, so I guess it's him again.

Whilst I agree he's not the best, I would say that recently, he has not been getting a lot of cover in front of him. Leicester were doubling up over that side on Monday. I doubt Pep will give Danilo a go from the start seeing as though he will be off in the summer & so Zinch will start on Sunday

I am dreading this game. Not even sure if I will be able to watch. But I know I will anyway.
Remember 1995 or 96 I think when the rags need to win their last game and they cocked it up.
It happens.

We're going to come away from Brighton with the most famous win since Abba won Eurovision there in 1974.

He was worse than Foden but nothing was said - , Silva is a fuckign legend but he has offered us very very little for too long now and we just do not know if he will turn up..he did turn up against Burnley but he went back to being shite against Leicester.
Id put Laporte on the wing and have Ottomendi alongside Kompany with Danilo on the right.
Fucking Stones and Walkers private life has them playing shite - should be nowhere near the first team.
