The rags will give them that for injury prone Bale

surely it's time to re-sell another training ground to the City of Madrid/Governament for 400m euros?

Self-sufficient then!

Well, here's one announcement which may have led to the quiet period: https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/foo ... 63146.html

Milan have been suspended from the Europa League for the upcoming season after falling foul of FFP regulations.

Given that they were likely one of the sides who pushed it through, its amusing that they now have shot themselves in the foot

Seems to be a deal for Milan to 'take a pinch' now as someone once said, in exchange for UEFA dropping further instigations. They probably think it's better to miss out on one year in the Europa League than miss possible future participation in the CL.

They are saving by not entering this comp..unless you get far in the comp (Which Milan probably wouldn't ) you lose money.....they quite rightly pushed to not be in it.

But I am trying to understand what actual FFP Milan broke?

They had that summer when the takeover took place when they got Bonucci and few others, but except that, I can't recall Milan breaking the market. The last time Milan 'broke" the market was 18 years ago when they bought Inzaghi and Rui Costa.

Weird one for me, If you look that last year they got banned again and that was revoked before the competition started.

Think it's about losses over a rolling 3 year period.
