Purchased tickets for VK'S testimonial back in June. No tickets arrived yet and club helpline backed up with 35+ callers in queue. Anyone receive theirs or know what's going on?
I've seen it mentioned elsewhere, if it's an e-ticket it's likely in your junk mail.
Thanks, I'll have a look.
No, nothing anywhere in my emails. Nothing on the MCFC app either. Still in the phone queue, now 7th after 58 mins......

Hopefully you've been sorted now, but I was originally told that my tickets would arrive by post around two weeks before the game. Still hadn't arrived by the middle of last week, so I rang Supporter Services who told me that they'd revisited their plan for ticket distribution and all tickets were going to be sent as e-tickets, but there was a backlog because of the volume. Anyway the guy I spoke to said he'd send mine within a couple of minutes which he did, though mine were directed to my junk folder. Pretty poor, though, that the club never announced the change of plans regarding ticket distribution and that they allowed such a backlog to develop.

Yes thanks, all sorted now. Mind you I was on the phone over an hour and a quarter before an answer. They got "re-sent" and yes, dropped straight into junk mail......
I asked why there'd been no announcement on the change for the ticket process for this game - no one knew. Unusually poor service.

Looking forward to this. Anyone know if it's sold out? Would be good to get something like a full house for him.

Read on Twitter that Vincent is not playing (that hamstring injury)
Hopefully he can make a symbolic appearance - kick off or some sort of staged penalty.
Gutted but not surprised.

Fuck sake someone has just confirmed Kolarov and Dzeko aren't playing because Roma have forced them to stay and do some shitty event thing.
Absolutely raging!!
