Welcome. Now, in what position he comes here?

Who is our main left back? Him, Zinch or Mendy?

I don't think it matters. What's important is the battle.

They are either making allowances for Mendy only playing 2 games a season. Or Zinch will replace Delph in midfield.

At least Angelino looks about 32 now

Fuck me, forgot about Delph. Anyone has solid proof that he is still on Earth?

This intrigues too. Pep talking up Mendy being fully fit, Zinch with a big contract extension and now we bring in a LB? Seems odd to me.
Tracking back is overrated.

I think the Mendy build up is bollox. He is walking on a thin line. At the moment he is the third option if you ask me.
I am afraid his legs are gone, that is why Angelino is coming and there are no infos about Delph leaving.

Pep's doing his job talking up Mendy.

A fully fit Mendy is obviously first choice. He was doing well (apart from being turned inside out by Adama) at the start of last season.

But having a couple of options for a long season isn't a bad thing.

Better dribbling than a 5 month old.

His right arm looks like a practice go.

I'm sure he had that when he was about 16/17.

MEN reporting his bird has posted a note from City's staff welcoming him back to Manchester.

Seems pretty done to me.

Would have liked a different left-back to be returning but it is what it is.
