The dippers look so sluggish

The goalie Adrian looks a weak link. Slow to get down on Pulisic’s ‘goal’ and I thought went to ground very quickly on the first goal. Hopefully they can drop some points early doors as a result

Not sure who was flattered most, Rags beating Chavs or Dippers beating a none league team.

Dippers set off well, using Chelsea's insecurities from the weekend but then Chelseas's technical play kicked in and they've bossed the game since. Chelsea look far the better team after changing their desire to be so open. In other words, Frank has realised they have to transition correctly and actually make their defensive shape compact.

Dippers will come out all guns blazing, Chelsea have to be even more compact and wait for the right moment to tutn the play.

What can I say, I'm enjoying this ..... so far.

To be honest I think extra game time at this point will help them. It is the World Club Cup in December that will do the damage.

Dippers having to play 120 minutes midweek is always good for us, especially when they have to travel to Istanbul

Behind the goal. The Chelsea forward nicked the ball but there was the minimum of contact from Adrian and the forward went down very easily. If that was given against us in any game, let alone a final, I’d be furious
