I'll take that, would have liked to see Kun get another though.

Went to match. Strange one. We weren’t at our best but won comfortably. Brighton had their moments. Raheem had a disappointing game. Worried about Aymeric. Pep sounded worried too.

Hands up for a Laporte Fernandinho partnership at the back being our first choice pairing by May?

I’ll raise my hand to that. Fern had a good game considering it’s his first game back

If Laporte is out a while I think we’ll go hunting in Jan personally. The worry before the season stares was what if one gets hurt, Stones is always hurt and now Laporte out. Limited choice.

All of a sudden things are looking a little thin at the back.

That was always going to happen. It was mental on leaving the CB issue not solved.
This is a type of moment when I was the Mangler was here.
Garcia needs to start getting games.
Is Tosin still here?

Tos is on loan at Rovers. I'm sure he's injured as well though

So basically just Otter is fit.
Fantastic.

Stones will be fine for after the international break but that's still only 2 plus Dinho or the young ones. Not ideal but we will be fine as we have Pep. And of course if the whole team plays well we win games without 2 star center backs anyway.

He did try turn kolarov into a centre back, of sort.
That didn't end well.

He also said Kolarov was one of the best defenders he's worked with. Our Pep.

Kolarov can play anywhere.
Don't you lot know he was raised by wolves?

Happy about the win and clean sheet but the slack and sloppy passing wasn't good. Against a tougher, better opponent we might've dropped points with that performance.
