Just saying the exact same thing to a mate. Sancho slots into the front three much more seamlessly than Rashford. And I suspect Hudson-Odoi would also be a better fit. Rashford is a competent forward, either through the middle or out wide, not a top class forward. He hasn’t the football brain to make intelligent runs. When he’s at Everton or Leicester or West Ham or some such club in a few years England will drop him like a stone

Very much in the team for who he plays for rather than performances. It won't change though, the sponsors come before the football.

Just like Tom 'Fucking' Cleverley, who sank like a stone once he left a certain club...

Ha ha ha, defence is crap and understandable with the players in the field. Rice looks like a dire Dier.

Maguire gives away a stonewall penalty and Hoddle is trying to defend him.

Does anyone else play for England apart from Kane? That much smoke blown up his arse he’s missed the penalty

Sterling nearly with a couple more, hitting a post after a good save from Muric and having one deflect just the wrong side of the post.

Silva has set up a couple for Ronaldo tonight, who has scored all four of Portugal’s goals

All a fucking waste of time though. There really is no doubting that:

1. We will qualify at a canter.
2. We will get knocked out in the finals as soon as we come up against France or Belgium.

You can add Spain, Holland and Germany to that list as well. Italy a maybe as well

Southgate, you're a fucking prick. Raheem looks absolutely fucked and couldn't get himself up to supporting one of the last attacks, arriving very late with huge effort. Maybe ask fucking Kane to do something defensively, or just put a decent defensive system in the first place.

That should be an eye opener for Southgate and ensure he doesn't pick that midfield ever again. It was poor and led to many of the reasons why the defence was left looking like chumps, because they are. Kosovo outplayed us in the middle of the park which was proved with quick counter attacking football we had to play.

Raheem was pure class but looked fucked in the last 20. Sancho looked great in certain positions and Kane does what he does, stands around, lets everybody do the work for him but gets a goal.

In short, we turned into a Klopp team tonight but without the players or coaching to pull it off.
