The reality is, as many know now, the media is in the 'istree clubs pockets, literally. I was naive in thinking that the media were a bastion of openness and even reporting but after reading about how big business pays for the media to report favourably, or detrimental to certain businesses, you realise that journalism is dead and capitalism is rife within the industry.

It also ignores the fact that the info could have prevented making dud signings, which you wouldn't be able to tell from just looking at their transfers
