The term “ city have lost” if totally inaccurate, the appeal is deemed inadmissible because effectively there is nothing to appeal against, because there has been no verdict yet. I think we went straight to CAS to put a marker down saying we are in the for long haul, so don’t fuck with us.

That's the way I see it. CAS have to turn our appeal down because we're appealing essentially nothing.
