No Champions League ban. The Club shouldn't accept a fine either. Liverpool fans in shock.

He's such a bullshitter. Sees other reports and jumps on the bandwagon. Sam Lee knows fuck all with City.

Again, how have these fuckers got this story?

City will not take the pinch this time, we will not bargain with them. If there was real evidence then we would be charged accordingly, no way will Khaldoon back down from his statement.

Absolute bollox statement and only there to get the Rag/Dipper clicks.

I do wonder if we will hear from CAS soon kicking the case out. Then they can say we were going to punish City (fine) but are not allowed to because of CAS. Ie. Deeming us guilty.

Rob Harris of AP claiming weve lost the CAS case. If true it only means the ball’s back in UEFA’s court.

CAS say they will not rule until EUFA find either for or against us ie there is nothing yet to rule on. Therefore we have lost nothing so yer man Harris is wrong !

Rob Harris is not my man! We went to CAS to stop the UEFA investigation. It appears they decided to to let it run its course.

Yer man is a local expression in Northern Ireland, it roughly means “ the person in question” so wrong end of stick on that one.
The term “ city have lost” if totally inaccurate, the appeal is deemed inadmissible because effectively there is nothing to appeal against, because there has been no verdict yet. I think we went straight to CAS to put a marker down saying we are in the for long haul, so don’t fuck with us.

That's the way I see it. CAS have to turn our appeal down because we're appealing essentially nothing.
