The very best manager we ever had, no doubt.

But what is wrong with him?

Discuss.

He is so obsessed in his vision of how football should be played that he will not divert in any way from it. That is his genius but also his downfall.

He looks like he doesn't want to manage...look at him in press conferences.

No plan B but also doesn't want a plan B. Arrogant

I think, as sad as it is, he has a limit without Messi.

I’ve had a feeling for a month or so this will be his last season with us. Can’t quite put my finger on why, but every passing week it won’t go away

The effects of the last 2 seasons are catching up with our team and manager. 2 seasons of pure intensit and pressure, 198 points and 5 trophies. Never done before. I think the players are mentally exhausted from Peps, and the situations intensity.

That's no different than every other manager in the world

Your best midfielder playing at CB is maybe a problem, Pep. Just a thought.

Behave yourselves. Or did I imagine he win 3 trophies last season.

NEWS FLASH....
You cant win it all, all of the time!!
It's the rebuild he has to focus on now. And let's just get on with it.

We are in transition.

Exactly. All the paying fans should just be happy we won something last season. Who cares about this season.

As I said before, if we are in transition why are we not using different players and/or different tactics?

For me this is our biggest problem. He needs moving back into his natural position. He broke a lot of play up before the defence had to deal with it. Nobody else is doing that job effectively.

You think we should and can win it every season?
Because I dont.
What's annoying is the level of drop off. That's why I think we need to take stock.

You've said it. Nothing about what we win. It's about the performance. Our players don't care.

Also, why can't we win it every season? Go on, give me a reason. We've got the "the best manage in the world"

Interesting comment from Pep on VAR. something like “there have been too many decisions against us this season but next season will be better”.
I wonder if the club are going to collate all the VAR calls against us / in favour of Liverpool and put pressure on the PL and it’s puppy, PGMOL.

The problem with Pep's system is that it's almost too holistic. If one part isn't operating at its full potential, everything crumbles.
