Only the fruit bats would want a manager who had done so much be sacked?

For those above, who takes over?

If he wants to leave, let him leave. That's not sacking him. That's doing what he wants. There's multiple reasons he may want to leave. Some of them, like his family not being here, I agree with.

Let's be honest, we're not going to sack our most successful manager - and we'd be stupid to do so. But over the last few months he's looked like he POTENTIALLY doesn't want to be here. If that's the case let's speak with him and see if he wants 12 months break and then come back?

His daughters are still in Manchester, aren't they? His wife went back to Barca with their eldest.

Long distant relationships don't work - its only human to being unhappy when you are in this situation.(Thats if he is unhappy)

'If' is key there, there's assumptions being made on Pep's state of mind when in reality none of us has a clue.

According to the original article the plan was a few months before returning to Manchester.

Ah I've heard she spends half the week in Barca with his youngest?

Either way, I'd hate to be away from my wife and kid constantly. I wouldn't blame him if he did want to go home.

Barcelona or Manchester....hmmmmm tough one.

So over the past 10 years he has been in Munich, New York, Manchester. His kids and wife must be having a ball.
