And Dabo was considered a great signing.

I think everyone that was around at the time remembers it mate. That's why are expectation level should be higher now.

I think it was established long ago that posts in the match day threads are based on the emotion of that moment and on reflection are maybe not the most accurate sentiments people actually feel.

Maybe don't read too much into that.
