Sergio Aguero

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Sergio Aguero

New record scorer for a foreign player and takes record for hat tricks from Shearer.

Better than Henry and overtakes Lampard for 4th highest PL goal scorer to date.

What can you say but ‘Wow’!

We're so lucky to have him. Absolute legend. Had he played for any other team, he'd been getting so much more recognition.

Best ever City striker.

Best ever PL foreign striker (which probably means prior to PL as well).

Best ever hat trick taker, outright.

Best ever City player?

Boring Serge, always scoring.

Think how many he would have if he was better at pens :D

Yet has never ever been POTY in the Premiership.

If he had played for the murderers he would have won it a few times already.

He is also the second best scorer the national team of Argentina ever had.
And they had Batistuta, Crespo, Kempes or D10s.

Also never a problem from him. Pep wanted him to change his game and he buckled down and changed. Fucking legend.

How long have we got him for, when’s his contract up? Did I read he wants to finish his career back in Argentina

We are blessed to have him. He would have eclipsed Shearer's all time record a while ago but for his injuries. That he is on top of most charts and yet has never been POTY tells you everything. Fuck knows how we replace him

Think if we sign the top 5 strikers in Europe, we'll be close to replacing him......but only close. Absolute legend. I only hope between now and mid-next season he gets close enough to Shearer's PL tally he'll stay for another season to best it!

Goals per game best record ever in the prem. Says it all. Way better than Shearer.

I think he's the best striker the premier league has ever seen and to be honest, I think Kev is the best player the premier league has ever seen.

He needs 32 more to beat Rooney. I just hope he gets that.
