Keeper for the Final

Postby Mase » Thu Jan 30, 2020 10:30 am

Last season Muric played in every game until the final, when Pep decided to bench him and put Ed in.

Pep has just confirmed Bravo will play in this year's final...

Actually I don't blame him for the goal last night, even if his positioning wasen't fantastic.

The strike was really good, but the problem is that he is shady as fuck.

Absolutely no chance whatsoever with the goal, shit defensive header across the face (Bernardo?) and ball watching from Sterling too.

Oh and hooray, we get to do this thread again.

I think Pep has fell out with Ederson to some extent after his walk about red card at Molyneux . Wembley final possibly Bravo,s last game for us and Pep fucking loves him for some mysterious reason .

Should get away with fly goalie against villa. Will be his last game for us unless Ed has any more brain farts charging off his line. We dont play so confidently with Bravo in goal so let's hope we have something lined up for summer

Won't be his last game, he's been playing in the FA Cup as well.

i was livid when mancini dropped pantillimon for joe f*cking hart in the final. that was wrong for multiple reasons and everyone knew it. and of course, hart was sh*t in that game and we lost.

in this case, however, pep needs to use some common sense and go with ederson. bravo is a poor keeper end of. even worse, he makes our entire team jittery, which results in stupid mistakes at the back. yes, bravo is good in pen shootouts, but i'd hope we can avoid that outcome against aston villa ffs!

Stick with Bravo. Isn't he out of contract this season? Let the man have his last big moments.

A few years ago when we first played Arsenal in the Cup Final, I'm fairly sure Bravo got an assist for Aguero with a very Ederson-esque long ball. Even Bravo has his moments. Put a good defence in front of him and it shouldn't matter. The question should be whether Otamendi plays.

Of course it should be Ederson but Bravo will start.

If a Laporte-Garcia centre back pairing was in front of him it would make life a bit more comfortable.

What was bravo doing at the end for the free kick? Left the whole goal opened, all they all had to do was hit the target and it was in. Absolutely useless he is.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
