Ok it seems were doing what we always knew we had to do. And take it to the CAS.
Let's just hope the UEFA cronies haven't gotten to them.
I suspect they have. If so, over turning this is impossible.
Either way I hope we really hurt UEFA financially.

Based on past experiences here, in Romania, CAS is fairly fair with clubs, and for example, Cluj received a transfer ban in december, but the decision was changed by CAS.
Now, this is one of the bigger cases they had, so It will be very interesting to how will they react.
But look at the bright side. 2 years away of that bent poison, free to win the league two years in a row.

It’s the players agents that will be the problem most of them bent as UEFA unfortunately.Also guessing Bayern Munich twats given information all along by UEFA so pursuit of Sane always in public horrible bastards.

I love how other teams fans think we’ll struggle to attract top players without Champions League
So back in 08 it was “yeah you won’t be able to buy top players because you’re Man City - you’re not big enough to attract them!” then when we did “well money doesn’t buy success” then when we were successful “well you’ve bought your success so it doesn’t count”...

I'm surprisingly unbothered by this news. Fuck them and fuck their corrupted competition. I don't care if we're relegated to league 2, as long as the club is still there.
The only thing that slightly bugs me is that all the gloating Liverpool fans and the media forget to mention that we are done in for something that happened close to ten years ago. They make is seem like all our success over the past years is tainted.

Usually CAS overruns decisions, however, there is not a precedent in this.
That is what worries me.
