Prejudice, in the first instance, the gloves are seriously off and now we find out what is in the closet at UEFA. I’m so glad we didn’t take a pinch this time and going to put it all there, out in the open.

I take it the Real game is a none event now and that UEFA will allow the officiating team to literally score the winning goal.

I think we should line up at the start, when they blow the whistle to start the game just walk off on mass.

I’d be happy with that.

I wouldn’t. The best revenge is to win.

Simply put, this is a case initiated by UEFA, prosecuted by UEFA and judged by UEFA. With this prejudicial process now over, the Club will pursue an impartial judgment as quickly as possible and will therefore, in the first instance, commence proceedings with the Court of Arbitration for Sport at the earliest opportunity

This line here means we are planning more action in the future surely.

Other clubs have been lobbying for this for a.long time - anyone who can't see the hypocrisy here is an imbecile.
Despite my indifference, I'll still boo that plastic corporate anthem and hope we win CL this year just so we can walk off the pitch at half time and leave the trophy in Atatürk to a chorus of Blue Boos.

Like and Agree 100%.

Although I meant full time, not half time. Shite, im not even pissed and I can't blame autocorrect.

From what Khaldoon has said, and furthermore in that statement, it is clear that City believe that they have an iron clad case. I’d suggest that after all the ‘Attacks’ that we’ve been subjected to by the UEFA puppeteers, I’d suggest that we won’t only fight our case to prove our innocence, we’ll also go to bring the whole corrupt organisation down.

The news of the ban may have come as a shock but that statement has really cheered me up. I’m just hoping the club now takes an about turn on the softly way we deal with all these fuckers and now adopt the approach of ‘If you are corrupt, we are going to let the world know’. Let’s face it, instead of losing his investment, Mansour could just say ‘Fuck it, it’s worth writing off and I’ll bring the whole pile of shite down in the process’.

But are we banned from the Champions league, but not Europa League?

If so, even more absurd.

We just wont be allowed to win this years CL, so it would be an epic if we somehow did.

Personally i'd only want to win it if i knew that there was a plan by the club and team to collect the trophy and instead of hold it up, just simply toss it on the floor.

Worth bearing in mind UEFA’s Adjudicatory Committee has lost two high profile cases in front of CAS; those involving AC Milan and PSG.

If the players are now not up for this then they never ever will be.- I can actually see us playing out of our skins in the rest of the competition...RM will not be looking forward to meeting us after this decision by the corrupt cunts.

This was a satisfaction read, thanks for that. On the other hand, is there a snowball chance in hell that we actually has done something wrong and should be punished for it?

As always, Samuel nails the situation.

Samuel - FFP is just a UEFA protection racket

In that way, at least, FFP is working. Indeed, it has worked beautifully for those that devised it, that shaped it, the established elite. It has achieved its intention, to protect those clubs who see a place at the top table as theirs by right. All those meetings, all those briefings, all of the skulduggery that is perfectly legal, at least it wasn't in vain.
