View from the Toon Army...Part 2

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

View from the Toon Army...Part 2

Postby CuteMancs » Tue Jul 07, 2020 7:30 pm

I have been keeping an eye on three forums, and I have nothing! I think the Toon Army have just had enough until they get their new owner.

I would like to give credit to the Toontastic Forum for their magnificent match day thread titles:

Man City...again? Is this a fucking joke!?
Oh, look - another cunting game of football
Another bastard game of football already - Bournemouth away

COME ON CITY!!!

Referee: Andy Madley
Assistants: Richard West, Andy Garratt
Fourth official: Lee Mason
Replacement official: Mark Dwyer
VAR: Andre Marriner
Assistant VAR: Harry Lennard.

Team Selection

Darlow

Kraft
Schar
Dummett
Yedlin

Lazaro
Bentaleb
M Longstaff
Ritchie
Muto

Carroll

And the rest…

oh, hai man city

You’re tearing me apart City! …Anyway, how’s your sex life?

I can see us sneaking a draw here. City are inconsistent and will have an eye on the cup…Maxi will tear them a new one.

We'll be demolished.

Worse than the last result but a better performance is my prediction…4-1.

We’re ****ed. 5-0.

We'll get our revenge.

I think our reserves will perform with enormous credit and return to Tyneside with a highly commendable 3-1 victory.

I usually treat my body like a temple. Last night I treated mine like a whorehouse above a liquor store next to a motherfucking Taco Bell.

Cheers CM

Maxi is the one to watch, I’d agree there.

Should batter these

He was fairly ineffective the other day, KDB had him in his pocket, lost count of how many times he lost the ball or had it taken off him cheaply.

As for quiet toon forums, they're all still doon the pub since Saturday and absolutely too wankered to type.

TBF, they will have learnt a thing or two from the cup game.

Cheers CM, keep up the good work.

On a side I've survived lockdown marriage intact, now footie has returned said marriage is being tested with a game pretty much every third day

Much to my surprise I got this result right on Super 6. It's very rare I get one result at all on that.
