I'd say Arsenal because he fits their style and Arteta knows him, but the mistakes are something that they are going to be wary of.

We didn't fare too badly with the last 'Chelsea reject' we signed.

Have always thought Ake a good player, usually their mom against us, left sided too, good tackler, reads game, would be good asset imho

If this pans out part of the reason is he can also play LB and CDM where we also have depth problems.

Be interesting to see which of stones and otamendi stay if this comes off. May both be out, but I’m genuinely curious which pep would keep if only one goes.

I see that rags are sniffing round him now, with their usual "copy City" scouting policy.

It’s well known the Bournemouth chairman is a City fan, so if we really want Ake we’ll be okay.
