At times there are references to the “the majority of the panel”, I notice. Simon Pearce is commended as a persuasive witness. City did provide material it refused CAS and the Panel felt they should have been more cooperative with UEFA hence the 10 million fine.

The verdict will NEVER be accepted by our critics so us fans should just accept that fact.
What I do want to see ,however, is our club going after every fucking cunt that decides to slander or defame us - I will not be happy if the club ignore this.
After a few have been 'hung', for all to see, then they will watch their mouths from then on.

It's time for the club to go and take those fuckers to court.
Of course they released another "leak" after CAS and our lawyers destroyed their credibility in court. Now this newspaper usually used to wrap fish in it has a big big big question mark around them, but still, the club needs to take them to court.
