Havent had time to read it properly. Any expert thoughts would be well received. At times there are references to the “the majority of the panel”, I notice. Simon Pearce is commended as a persuasive witness. City did provide material it refused CAS and the Panel felt they should have been more cooperative with UEFA hence the 10 million fine.

The bit you're reading is the background to the hearing, ie the UEFA hearing, their conclusions, and sentence.
