Can he just get an assistant that tells him not to fuck up the team selection when we hit the knockouts?

Do you think Bayern will attempt to nullify Lyon or how and play with a set of fucking balls and set the tempo? I’d rather lose swinging than play that shite.
Tracking back is overrated.

Theres a shed load of coaches and assistants there, what the fuck are they all doing? Are they all yes men, licking the hole off Pep? Kidd surely with his bast experience he can see the stupidity of peps blunders. They all must be afraid or something or maybe Pep is too stubborn to listen.

I think that they all must be concentrating on separate areas like rest and games coming up. We need to go into next season with a plan that is focused - not the current we are in it to win every competition that we are involved in which only ends with the constant chopping and changing of the team. Put the kids out in the league cup, we have won it four times in recent years and leave the first team to cope with the league and chumps. Pick our best 15 and leave the defence the fuck alone. Learn from constantly getting raped on the break and stick with what we are good at

Get an answer from Pep in the next few weeks, and if he wants off best thing is get our next manager in now and spend the year with Pep and maybe new manager does League Cup matches or something like that?

I think we have an answer already. Just it is not public.
It might come out in january when he will announce he is going to Turin or something similar.

The same happened at Barca and Bayern.
But a thing like that might fuck the concentration of the squad, so Is super super delicate and needs a solution

It absolutely will mess with the squad. If he doesn’t want to stay then either get someone in to learn from him the next season or let him go now.

If he is going, he needs (if he didn't do it so far) to get the squad around him when they are coming back next week and tell them.
Fellas, this is the last ride, let's make it one to remember. It is that simple.

We had the problem when the players downed tools on Pellegrini when they heard Pep was coming.
We dont want that to happen again.

Yes, Kompany (not sure what’s going on with my phone).

I love the idea of Kompany being in charge but evidence is not in his favour .
Wonder though if this season would've been different if he'd stayed in one more year.

He would have played a dozen games or so - injured for the remaining games.

PeP making a million changes this season has done us no favors at all (Even with the inuries we have had) ....hes the only manager to do this and is why we are where we are this season.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

I cannot express how deeply disappointed (but not surprised) at the bizarre team selection and subsequent tactics last night. How many times have we changed a winning team to accommodate the opposition? I, along with everyone I have spoken to agree the team v Madrid would have prevailed v Lyon.
It is so frustrating, I hate it when pep’s unpredictable selection is predictable, still very angry today, also the fact pep alluded that the players can go no further in the CL, well pep, they could have with another manager

But did he actually say that the players are responsible? Not in these words, but you understand.
I missed it.

If so, that is really unprofessional. I agree that is good to do that from time to time, take a swing at your players, but last night it was not the case as he is almost in the majority responsible of what happened.

This is what he said -:

"Of course, I am not able with these guys to break the quarter-finals. Three years in a row we are out. Life is how you stand up again and next season we will try again," he added.

It is open to interpretation, but for me he is saying he cannot take these players further.
