Not really like with like. Besides marwood is involved in it all from the start and still is. The original purchases had some gems but we also had a lot of shite too. Transfer were different then we could take our pick domestically and even internationally. Nowadays any sort of big transfer takes so long to conclude.

How about we compare spafia to that lot across the road? They have a shitload of money and cant get a deal over the line. Laughing stock of world football, we by comparison are ruthlessly efficient, its jus some havent worked out as before.

I think Milan wanted to sell him to us, but Kaka wanted something else.
