Carabao Cup

Home to Bournemouth or Crystal Palace in round 3. Decent draw as neither in the past have played their strongest team and always good to get a home draw.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Naah - one more win this season and we match the Doper's 8 wins and four on the trot records.

Then win it next season too.

This is going to be a very strange season with all that is going on and very little break / no pre-season. The league is upon us already and its going to be tough enough.
For this season, maybe we should park the cups.

Only if you can 100% guarantee that means we win the league.

We on the other hand were good enough and won the Cups as well.
When we lost to the rags in Pep's 1st year with a weakened team everyone went ballistic.

Spot on. The old cliche of one game at a time

Most of us remember winning fuck all and the notion of binning off a trophy doesn’t sit well with me for one

Mention PeP and the rags in the same sentence and people will rightly go ballistic!!

He has the worst losing record against them considering the teams he has had available.

Yep, surprising how poor he is against them. That cup match still pisses me off and losing three times this season to their worst ever team pisses me off more than most things.

I want us to go for everything. Winning cups has more often than not gone hand in hand with us winning the league. Far less evidence to suggest we do better prioritizing one over the other.
Tracking back is overrated.
