I’d have him. Two footed as well and seems to be equally competent with either which is rare.

Barcodes getting the runaround at home to Brighton. 2-0 already and that doesn't flatter them. Could easily be 3

I still don't understand why Kante is being played as an 8. He sucks with the ball at his feet and isnt a good attacking player. Hes fucked up multiple Chelsea attacks because he has no idea what to do with the ball

Might argue Kepa was there, but yeah, a red for me too.

It's just fucking annoying because I saw that many times for us and was just a yellow.

Good question, but I think there is a reason.

The issue is the current moden view for attacking sides is to need their no. 6's to have passing ability, range, and vision from deep not just be a disruptor running wild.

Kante cannot offer that in any way, so Jorghino plays there and Kante plays as a box to box type of no. 8 next to another attacking player who likes to go forward.

I think Kante's flaws may be why there were rumours that Chelsea were open to selling this summer.

He'd fit better in a traditional counter attacking side. That's what Mourhino and Conte utilised.

Problem is Mourhino already has Ndombele who has to get more chances this season after what they've invested in him.

Maybe he could join Inter or somewhere similar next season.

No it is not ! because the player was never ,ever in possession of the ball. Furthermore the goalie got to the ball first , Mane never looked like getting possession and was falling to the floor anyway . A mild yellow at best for being stupid.

I thought it was a yellow at first but then realised that it was another Liverpool player hitting the floor. All we were waiting for was for Carragher to confirm it to the VAR that it should have been red, for RatBoy to then tell us prior to the actual ref giving us confirmation.

It’s a strange game these days, where the broadcaster has commas with the VAR team.
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".
