Before I get to the match stuff, hope everyone is well, and keeping safe. As far as I can see we start off exactly where we ended the last season, in terms of the away fans. I cannot find much stuff to share for this game, so this will have to do. I do not have much enthusiasm at the moment, and looking at the officials for tomorrow night, it could be a long evening. Having said that the rags got beat so it’s already a good weekend.

COME ON CITY!!!

Referee: Andre Marriner
Assistants: Scott Ledger, Simon Long
Fourth official: Jonathan Moss
VAR: Peter Bankes
Assistant VAR: Timothy Wood

Team Selection

Rui

Boly - Coady - Saiss

Traore - Dendoncker - Neves - Marcal

Neto - Raul – Podence

And the rest…

I will take a point right now please and thank you...Might see a slightly odd City team given this is their first game.

They've got a fair few missing due to injuries/COVID by the sounds of it - could be the best time to face them.

Hopefully Nuno has been working intensly this week with those who haven't particularly performed well enough yet (he can almost ignore the back 3 & Rui/Jiminez)...Feel sorry for Adama - he's being put in a position that is in no way natural for him. He will need support from Boly & the right side midfielder to get through and long term cannot be asked to continue playing that role.

Please play Otamendi. Please play Otamendi. Please play Otamendi.

If we don’t lose I will be very happy. If we win o will be off my face…I fear however that I will be moaning … 0 3.

No Aguerro and no LaPorte apparently…Fancy a 2-2 draw myself. Jiminez with the opener.

Cheers as always CM. Hope you are well. Did you move during lockdown, seem to recall either that or you changing jobs?

Nice to see Mase on the Wolves board giving support to Otter!!

Tough game but we are due a result there after not winning last couple of times

Not being funny but why do we need an assistant VAR ref ?

We have a ref , two linesmen and a fourth official followed by a VAR ref ffs . Talk about overkill and possible coercion and corruption .

If I was a Wolves fan I would be reasonably confident.
And I would also want Otter to play!!

Cheers CM

I think I'm more ambivelant than their fans and possibly most of ours, I really don't see tomorrow evening going our way.

Also the amount of straight red cards in the first two weekends, doesn't help my feelings

I think last year I was the same only to be relieved
