Odd thing is whilst a proper defender the man is not poor on the ball by any means.

If my defenders don’t make any individual errors, defend collectively and give solid 7/10 or 8/10 performances week in week out consistently, then for me, we win a lot more than we lose and we end up with a pot or two on the sideboard every year

Dias looks like he has been a cornerstone for years when the reality is he’s had 6 months. Him and Stones look an immense partnership where the sum may well be superior to the parts. His celebration with Stones at the end was infectious and shows they are building something rather special together. By accident or by design, it’s working
