Real Sociedad top of la liga and David Silva most assists in the league . What a player ! Sadly we are missing a few players of his world class ability now and it is showing in our results.

Haha , his sublime first touch and passing abilities have transformed Sociedad. He won’t need to do as much running in la liga but his world class talent will shine brightly for sure !

Right up there with the likes of Iniesta and Xavi.
He had a terrible press that never gave him the praise he deserved. He is one in a generation.

Always thought he was going a season too early.
Great player. Badly missed at the moment.

sorry but this says more about the spanish league than it does about him. as far as the PL goes, he was clearly past it.

And the sad thing is, despite that he'd still be better than most he's left behind.

With Peps tactics and tinkering makes no difference.
Great player, but it's time to move on, we got Foden and Bernie, two creative players can fill the void.
We did lose to the vermins by 18 points last season didn't we?

I watchd the el classico Saturday afternoon & can concur with the above statement regarding Spanish league.
David was showing his legs were no longer good enough for the premiership, sad to watch but certainly a lot less frustrating than when it happened to YaYa.

On what I am seeing Bernie and Rodri are nowhere near where Silva was when he waved goodbye. Bernie has had 1 great season not sure but Stones gets Pelters for being inconsistent is there an issue with him. On Saturday he offered nothing, busy fool. Nowhere near Silva.

He would be our best left back this season.
