Also have to question his ambition. Has never won anything.
Could say his loyalty is commendable but if you are serious about winning you do not stay with Spurs when you can take your pick elsewhere.

He scores plenty for Spurs and he'd score bucketloads for us. But as mentioned above dealing with Levy would be a nightmare.

I think both Kane and Son are in difficult positions. They both should be at clubs challenging for trophies but Levy will make it extremely difficult for them to ever leave Spurs.

I hope we are in for Haaland. He really looks like he could be a long-term replacement for Aguero.

All the players that we have paid big money for have been far younger and not coming to us to sign their last big deal. At around the £200 million mark for a problem that doesn't really need fixing, I really don't think it makes any sense.

Exactly. You just have to look at the numbers involved to know it's a complete nonstarter. There's a reason we are looking at Danny Ings.
