Hearing that they’ll have fans at the final. Anyone else heard/seen any news?

They set the date deliberately didn't they - putting it back from its usual end of feb slot. The 'hope' was that fans would be allowed to attend by then
Cannot see this happening in april though

That’s what I thought re: moving the date. I read that it they want to test having fans back by allowing it for the final.

Still, the way they are keeping the EURO's format is a fucking disgrace, but the fuckers don't have the balls to move it in one country.
They need votes from all the weird federations that got this tournament, including my country's.

It was as if they’d been tipped off by government.

They won't want people traveling to London from the North in April.
They might allow fans in, but it will be London based fans only.

That's hardly fair now is it, but who would be surprised.

My thoughts exactly.
Also, for 'fans', read 'hospitality/sponsors'. The FA won't prioritize people paying £75 a ticket over people paying £2K-plus for a ticket and a sandwich when White Elephant Wembley is in question.

Heard its 22500 or so
Somewhere in region of a quarter of capacity
It is then hoped if this is successful, more will be allowed in for the FA cup final

Normally, each team gets around 32-33K, meaning 24-26K are for segregation areas or go to hospitality, sponsors, etc.
If proportions are kept the same, this would mean we'd get around 8K tickets. However, I doubt that very much, as some corporate deals will be non-negotiable in terms of providing tickets.
Club Wembley are already selling 'guaranteed' tickets, starting at £2454 a pop:

It’s been that long that £2454 is tempting.

Yep!
If it was full with atmosphere (I mean the Watford fa cup final atmosphere was wank and the league cup that year on the bit I was in) I'd pay it

Would be interesting to see how tickets would be sold IF any kind of numbers were allowed. Couldnt see northern based fans being able to travel so imagine some kind of post code line?
Wouldn't be up for that - chumps league and european travel would be a different story...
