What about the Jake Humphreys/Joe Cole discussion at the end?

Are they good enough to win the quadruple? Yes, playing this quality of football they can definitely do that.

Jake Humphreys on BT now? So he’s an expert on F1 and Football. Wow - what a guy. Used to present kids TV, which is his level.

Thought Cole was very complimentary about us. Humphreys though is a rag and any praise from him is second hand through gritted teeth

Jake is also colour blind. So he doesn’t know if he’s talking about the right team half the time.

Agree 100%
Every production in the PL these cunts do featuring us goes against us in every way possible with the the rhetoric and agenda aimed at other fan bases not MCFC fan base . Why is this ? When BT do a game featuring the rags or the dippers they go out of there way to satisfy those two shit clubs fan base and no mention of money or players values whatsoever. It is truly a massive shit show . Can’t wait to get back to going to games instead of listening and watching this utter dross of bias and agenda ridden shite . Sky are as bad but at least Micah has been employed by them and the BBC but those broadcasters are still cunts pampering the masses of armchair plastics world wide .

Humphreys is total twat, he's got a chip on his shoulder for sure. I was very lucky to spend the weekend in the BRDC camp with all the teams for Silverstone F1 a couple of years ago. We were sat having drinks on the club house balcony while watching him interview a few drivers live and no more than a couple of metres away. All he's angle was against Lewis Hamilton, it was just a jibe after jibe. Now I appreciate a lot don't like Hamilton and fair enough but let's just put this in to context. In front of the BRDC at the biggest race of the British race calender and all he wanted to do was bash the the current best British and indeed world F1 driver. Itbwasnt going down well and he just kept going. In the evening we attended the BRDC ball, it was filled with famous people from tv, film, music and sport. During the charity auction he was at it again, Nigel Mansel kept sending a few looks his way to say shut up but nope he wouldn't. Afterwards I was at the bar and he stood next to me, I got a round in and turned to be right in front of him. I couldn't help myself and called him out on his behaviour in front of a couple of girls he was with. He's just a complete bell end, shortly after that he lost his contract with them

A couple of weeks ago Klipperty was calling everybody out for not getting to rest his squad.

When you look at the way the PL schedules the games from before Christmas up until now, ( they made changes for next month recently),
It was clear that Today was supposed to be another Super Sunday. Scouse2 were given the best schedule , with respect to times between games.

They gave Scouse2 the best game schedule of all the teams . City and the rags ( so too of course Villa and Scouse1) were playing catch up and
had games every three of four days , all the way through until now. Given FA Cup commitments

But Scouse2 got the longest lay off over Xmas and new year ( we did get a covid break - wow !).

lots of breaks between scouse2 games in the schedule.

The problem was , Scouse2 have screwed up badly by losing so many. So instead of today being a possible Super Sunday Billing for Sky to promote and make money it's simply now , can Scouse2 get a point away at the table's last team ?
"Well I'll go to the foot of our stairs."

I still find it difficult to forget or forgive BT's behaviour during and after our quarter final win 4-0 v PSG.
Loaded with rag pundits, the comment after the final whistle was something like..."As much as we don't want to, I suppose we have to compliment City on their performance."
When City comlained, BT just publicly took the piss.

When BTwere advertising their coverage of the semis. They only advertised 3 of the teams, ommiting City completely from the semi line up.
That has to be the biggest insult handed out to any English club...They subsequently had to apologise to City for that trick.

This is not a new thing...In the 1970s, City happened to be thre only English club left in any of the 3 Euro comps and had just beaten Shalke away. Considered a great result.
The next morning the English news media had led with an inconsequential story about another club and the report of City's win relegated to the inside pages. The City party shared that return flight with members of the press corps and Mick Doyle saw his arse.
So the story goes, Doyle completely lost it, screaming at the press corps and having to be dragged of one journo who Doyle was physically attacking.

The rags have always had power with the press and have used their friends to ensure City have never got a fair shout.

I'll always remember them scheduling the Leeds/Chelsea cup final replay at the same time we were playing in the cup winners cup final, then showed it on both channels (there were only 3 at the time).

Read the Doyle story in his book but although I think I knew that the EWC final was not televised live, I did not know that was the reason. Ha fuck me, who knew it went back rhat far? I know that the owners are not malicious and more for the positive PR, but surely enough of this shit now, we should start banging heads and banning these rats from our place when the doors are back open

This is correct, he is just a mouthpiece, albeit an intensely irritating one. BTs target audience demographics determine his script, it's designed to engage their prime rag/dipper market, following the BBC and the rest of the media cockroaches. As that declines so their blatant bias and punditry choice will change, could be quite dramatic if either or both drop out of the top 4. Their US owners will reveal their true colours as well.

That disgusting slug Ian Darke has been removed from commentating on BT on any City games recently after mentioning money and player values no less than 40 times during a City match in early January after mass complaints from City fans and the club to BT . Darke would have been given a script by the way from BT chiefs with a view to diminish City as we were on a start of a magnificent run and the rags and dippers were top of the league then . Darke has now re appeared on Amazon Prime to “commentate “ on our games . An absolute shit show of the highest order .
You wouldn’t think we were 12 points clear the media have gone so quiet on the title “race” haven’t they ?????? Why is that ????

If you read 'Manchester, A Football History' by Gary James, there is a part of it that deals with the city/rags media relationships.
Gary James points out that this issues was a problem for City (I believe even pre WW2.
