I'd sell Sterling. I'm not sure there would be a queue for him. I've said for a long time that his basic footballing stuff is too often dire.

Sell sterling to fund Haaland bring back the Leeds player to replace sterling and buy a left back in summer

Id let sterling go on a free tbh. not being a wum. he is earning silly money and has been performing at a championship standard since well before the gomez incident (which as a reminder was november 2019!!). i mean, raheem is a nice guy and he's had his good moments for us, but in the long run, we are better off without him, both on the pitch and from a financial health perspective.

Id swap him for Son - a much more dangerous and better fit player for our system.
