Blatantly isnt here next season. I think we are going to let him go where he wants in recognition of his fabulous service. Maybe a last swansong in Spain where the slower pace might suit him better?

Sergio has had the nightmare season of injuries plus COVID and a team flying. It’s tragic tbh nothing to do with Pep, hey who would not back him to rinse Boatang again ?

Very disappointed. I presume we’re nailed on to get a top striker now.

Sergio Aguero will leave Manchester City at the end of the season, the club has announced.

The 32-year-old Argentine striker's contract expires at the end of the campaign and he has been told it will not be renewed.

Really shocked that it’s us that’s made the decision. I do wonder if his lifestyle and the latest “injuries” have forced us in to a decision. Don’t really even want to speculate too much cause I love the guy. A bit disappointed that it’s been said a few times by people within the club “Sergio will decide when he leaves City”.

Really disappointed we won’t get to give him a proper goodbye.

EDIT: to clarify regarding his lifestyle - I mean the fact his heart clearly hasn’t been in it since he got his new bird. Buying dogs, flying to different countries when he’s supposed to be injured, setting up a gaming thing (it even sure what it is).

I’m genuinely devastated mate. A lot of memories on THAT day that make me emotional. Sharing the day and celebrations with family that aren’t here anymore, it’s hit quite hard.

Not just because Sergio was the one that got us that goal, but because he’s the last man standing from that era really.

Sad day made sadder that the fans won't be there in a proper fashion to give him the send off he deserves.

For City to release this as me thinking that a stellar signing is in the bag.

He is staying or he is going?

I am in the boat that Sergio should be allowed to do what the fuck he wants, he bought us so much, he deserves to go where he wants. If he wants to stay, sure, again, he deserves it.

Been rumours in Manchester for several months Sergio has been tapped up and left in the cold by Pep . It would take a huge contact to take him away from MCFC so read into that as you can .

A+
Not really here

The greatest goal scorer this club has ever had. It’s been a crying shame to see this season so blighted by injury. He leaves a hero to whom I feel we’ll all be in debt to. His boots will be so hard to fill, as we’ve seen this season when we’ve only really thrived without a striker.

I hope I reflect that it is the right time for him to go, as it was Silva, Kompany etc

+1.

Hope he will not stay in England. I can't bare to see him in another local team.
