That shows the calibre of the man! Sure he was emotional but wish he would of said Yaya and Carlos. People talk about 1999 but I can remember 1965 playing Swindon town who had an
M. Summerbee in their team and they won at Maine Road 3-1 there were just 8,000 fans in a ground that once held 84,000+! Long before that we had History and lots of it , we once had Matt Busby , Don Revie we were the first Manchester and Salford side to win a trophy! We had a purple patch between 1966 and 1981 but then the horror started but in the early 90’s we had another go Beagrie, Kinky and of course Uwe. Now we are in the Champions final. I believe it is a corrupt cup led by corrupt people . But to be given the recognition this club those players past and present deserve we have to win it , therefore that is what we will do and now that wall has been broken we will win it over and over and the rest will have to follow!!

Why would he mention an ex player who insinuated he was a racist and made more noise about not getting help on getting fatter and slower by buying him a cake ?

Agreed. Love Yaya for what he did for City. But the distraction and nonsense for Pep caused by him and his agent - Pep doesn’t owe him anything.

Yaya Nono he was a top player who for reasons only he knows fucked up his earned legacy, sadly.
