But for me was one of the reasons why we lost yesterday. Had his poorest game in a long time. It happens, no one is superhuman and can be brilliant every game. But it was a pity it was in our biggest match of the season! But he certainly was not alone in underperforming. I wonder whether nerves and/or the occasion got the better of a good number of our boys

I would want him to miss the Euros and recover, but I think that will affect him and his race to win the Ballon D'or.

I think you might be able to play with one of those Zorro masks. But the eye socket is probably more serious.

Ah ffs, the problem is it his choice to represent his country and I know there are those who will say it's us that pay his wages....... but it is part of the system as much as we dislike it ain't going to change
