England v Italy Euro Final Official Match Thread

Wow, who would have bet on this happening a month ago?

Fair play to Southgate and his men. They have got the job done. One more push and we only go and win the thing!

We have the players, we have the crowd, we have the hunger and desire and in what will likely be a tight game, fingers crossed it will be enough

COME ON ENGLAND

I’ll be on my arse if I start now, probably the same if I started at 3 ;-)

I'm just off to the pub for a couple of liveners with my mate and then home. I've got 20+ cans of 1664 on chill on the fridge ready to go.

Lucky for me I am not in work tomorrow as we were supposed to have been in Spain.

Which game are folks more nervous about. This or the CL final? Got to say I’m not nervous at all about this final. If we win then great, if we don’t then so be it. As long as City are winning trophies I’m happy

During each game I’ve got the beer of that country and sent a pic to the lads saying ‘getting ready to spank (insert country). No change tonight as I’ve gone for a few Birra Moretti.

Enjoy the day, mate, let’s all hope it ends well ;-)

Went to my local earlier for a couple with my mate and felt incredibly old. There's a lad called big Luke who's a City lad, mid 20's and he and his crew have been on it since about 13:00 he was begging me to stay and watch with them.

Back in the day I wouldn't have hesitated , it doesn't help I didn't go to bed until 05:00 this morning as I foolishly thought I could stay awake for the Argentina Brazil game, I saw the goal and next thing it was 04:58!!!!
