Everton have confirmed it is one of their players in a club statement, I think he is one of 2 31 year olds on the books and the other one isn't an "international" player.

I've just read a news article from a foreign country that have named the player, they are not bound by law like English papers. I won't be posting the link but if you want to see it pm me.

It is safe to say Fabian Delph is in the clear
