After years and years of waiting and scrolling through that horrible website (actually makes my mobile browser crash from time to time) MEN have actually managed to put out something semi-interesting. Well done MEN!

Anyways, the thing that stands out for me is the horrible contract management of youngsters. Usually when a club our size has a youngster manager deems potential they slap in long term contract quite quickly since you can usually recoup even heftier contracts as smaller teams have tendency to overpay for promising big club youngsters who aren't quite making the grade. That is actually my only problem with otherwise amazing current regime.

Other than that and Dzeko who I always rated more than most here I don't see many mistakes which is quite good considering the turnover.
