Noted with interest ....if we got a decent replacement in for Mendy I reckon you'd be more optimistic - even though Zinch could be another in the departure lounge given his no show in the last couple of games.

Hard to predict how the squad will react this year.
If reports are accurate then at least three players want to leave, Sterling is unhappy, KDB and Foden are injured, we have no 9, LB is a weakness (even when Mendy is not playing), etc... Then there has to be some negative reaction to that CL final.....
Hardly an ideal position to be in starting the new season.

So 3rd or 4th it is unless we get Kane.
I think that would change things in our favor, big time.
If he joins I think it will be us or Chelsea who win.
Chelsea as the favs but Tuchel is a loose Cannon seemingly, ends up pissing everyone off.
