Not been named though note. Cannot remember how soon after the allegations Benny was named. Note Arse also stated they would not be suspending him. Partey would be a major loss for them

I think Mendy was charged the same day as he was arrested. "A certain (now former) Everton player" who hasn't been charged despite being arrested and questioned over a year ago has not officially been named in the press in the UK.
