Mount got 5 assists in 36 games last season. Are they thick?

It's part of their problem that they don't have someone capable of linking their 9 man defence with their two man attack. We starved them of the ball and they could not get out. I imagine that Juve did rhe same last night? Mount and James get them out so i can see them missing Mount, his stats don't really back that up but assists only count when the striker puts the ball in the net , they don't indicate how many time Mount put Werner in- only for him to miss as he is dog shit. Lukaku in our team we beat Spuds,PSG all day

We have players a plenty to create chances for a striker though.

I think he's a decent player but nowhere near as good as our playmakers but my point was that fans and media crucify us for always playing the false 9 but one of our biggest rivals who spent near on 100 mil for the supposed last piece of the puzzle have lost 1-0 twice on the trot and apparently nobody is supplying them with chances. They actually played 2 strikers against us and didn't have a shot on target.

To be honest, I think the Dog Eater from Spurs would be a fantastic false nine in our system.

My thoughts exactly. They’ll have no problems paying £20m each to his agent and dad. Alfie seems like the type who would sell out for money as well judging by the around the world tour he did last season pimping his son out.

And it would be another media wankfest about Rag ambition, desire and returning to their rightful place, etc...
A long time since we heard about 'the UTD Way' that was being spouted after Fergie left.

Posted above. His touch is terrible, but scores.
But he is from Benfica so what's not to like?

Decent is an incorrect word. Perhaps honest would be more appropriate.
