Wouldn’t be disappointed to see that line up

I'd prefer to see Walker rested but would not fancy Cancelo and Zinch as fullbacks so Kyle it is

Like the look of that lineup and bench. Imagine west ham will rotate.but should still be a decent game

Yeah, you are probably right, but it would be another good opportunity for the lad to show what he can do, will more than likely just get " some minutes" at the end of the game.

He said 'youngsters' will definitely be included - Egan-Riley, Edozie and Palmer didn't feature last night - so I reckon at least two of them are nailed on to start.

I would say that had the opposition been of a lesser calibre that youngsters would start, but given it is the Hammers and this is Pep's cup, I suspect he would start more senior players, hopefully get the game wrapped up and then bring the youngsters on.

Difference between being "included" and starting, IF he does start any of them it will be Palmer and if he cannot find the net then hook him, but I doubt he will risk Egan-Riley at the back?

Bernardo not in the squad. He’s earned a rest. Going to the match on Saturday. Looking forward to seeing him in action.

They're without Antonio, Rice and Ogbonna, they're fans not happy at all .

What does this lineup say about De Bruyne's standing.

Is he still an automatic starter and this match is about getting him minutes to get him up to speed or does it mean he has dropped down the pecking order and is no longer an automatic starter in PL and CL matches?

TalkSport said today, ‘Just think, they haven’t lost in the EFL Cup for 5 seasons. 6 cups in 8 years, 4 in the last 4. City own it.’.
