Saves 4 games. Look at it that way...? Maybe not blow off the FA Cup like that dreadful thing in the SF last season, which was the fault of us doing so well we simply couldn't play all the games at full strength.. Crazy. I thought we were OK tonight but just lacked...a STRIKER. Lol. Meh, we move on.
After the ball was centred, after the whistle blew...

What the fuck was this? Couldnt tell if the pens were close or not. Shambolic angle. Hopefully never see that again.

But, we should be winning every game with our squad.

Not arsed, we had to lose in it sooner or later, actually glad it was to wet spam, and not rags, vermin, spuds etc.
I hope they go on and win it now.
And look on the bright side no more annoying billocks about quadruples.

I am over it already.
A few players off the pace tonight.
KDB is struggling managing an Ankle injury at the moment,Gundogan returning from injury i can forgive those 2.
Sterling though is becoming a fucking jinx.He just does the same shit over, and over again every game. "Get the Ball, run at defender fake to go left, fake to go right, lose possession"
Where as others have the occasional off game.
He has been like this for near on 2 years..
I no longer expect him to score.I dont think he expects to now either.Hence why with a good chance he bottled out and played it to Palmer at the last second.
You can not take out the industrious Foden and Bernado and replace them with Sterling and Mahrez and expect to win any game.
Tonight's starting 11 could keep Noddy in his job if Pep starts with that team in the Derby.

That is the real fear now ......That the FA Cup goes the same way this season to appease shit out of form players with game time.

It’s an interesting point but one that, as a club, we surely wouldn’t consider. Are we saying the apposite, that those in form won’t want to play in lesser games? We win and lose as a team, which includes many of those players who have many medals.
Maybe tonight was a choice, for whatever reason, but it was definitely not a dead cert team away from him to a current top 4 side.

A bit disappointed that Foden was chosen to take the very first one. Any reason why a senior more experienced player wouldn’t take it?

Gundo or Sterling should have gone first. Pathetic they let someone so young go up to take the first one.
100% if it was England Stones would have top binned one as well.

Agree with yer point mate , But imo no professional footballer should miss the goal - keeper saves so be it but shouldn’t be putting it wide

At least there'll be no tedious quadruple bollox talk this season
They made 4, we made 4, 1 more than allowed in the PL.
We tried to change it up in the limited time that they had.
Yes but giving Grealish 7 mins wasnt going to make any difference. Why not replace Sterling/De Bruyne/Mahrez after an hour with 3 subs and give them time to change the match

Sterling missed a free header in the last minute.
So he blows a great chance to win the game.
He misses easy chances consistently.
He costs us matches consistently.
He is unreliable for a long time now.
It does not matter that he works hard or takes up good positions, what matters is that he misses crucial chances.
He wants top dollar but is not delivering top dollar finishing. He is now a squad player.
If he does not accept that and the equivalent pay check we need to move him on asap.
btw: I did not see the match but read the match report.
