Not bad after so many games in such a short space of time with so many key injuries. Worked hard and got what was deserved, 3 points.

Some good performances and good to see Zinch and Sterling doing well on that side. Mahrez kept them busy and what can you say about Bernie. All had a good game and I think Villa were lucky to get the corner.

The ref! Was there only to keep the brand interesting. The amount of free kicks he gave them and also the playing advantage, only to bring it back, looked quite crude. Every call is backed up by the Liverpool or United commentator, seeing it through the eyes of a rival.

Like I said, great 3 points and that’s all that matters.

Fern past it

Ake positional sense is shit, he's emergency cover at best

Don't care about performance, it's all about the result, great grind out performance

Bernie.... what can I say, sublime

I think we all know Fern is past it but needs must. As for Ake, I thought he had a decent game and was the best I’ve seen him. Don’t get me wrong, he struggled a bit it the second half but that was the same as most of the team after many fixtures.

Good result considering who's missing.

Keep the brand interesting. Yes, that's the explanation I've been looking for the account for this unbelievable shit from these wankers. Good call.

Crazy to see the Villa fans claiming the ref robbed them!

On balance then everyone agrees he was shocking.

Not just the Villa fans but the manager as well.
He's seen the penalty incident 4 or 5 times and it's definitely a penalty apparently. No mention of our potential pen in the 1st half.
Oh and if they'd got it to 2-2 he thinks they could have won it which is funny as i can only remember Eddie making 1 save the whole of the 2nd half.

Good result all things considered. Sterling had a decent first half but I think the last 30 mins he was bloody terrible. Back to giving the ball away every time and I was shocked that pep didn't remove him for Grealish. Still, another assist isn't too bad is it.

On to Watford we march
