Apparently we are down to the bare bones of the squad. No Laporte as he is suspended but Stones will slot in

Foden, Grealish and KDB are doubtful. I guess one or two of them may make the bench.

We have a decent record v Villa recently and I see no reason why that wont continue

Has Kevin trained with the squad? I’d be surprised if he makes the bench. Foden might start I suppose.

Pep pretty much said Stones for this one because of Laporte suspension.

I'd like to think the days of wholesale changes at the back are behind us.

Also Fern played a bit at the weekend so would be surprised if he started.

I know we are about to go into our busiest period but if he is going to rest Walker et Al then the mid week game next week which can really rest everyone then.
