Really weird. Drop ball as the ref stopped the game because West Ham had a player down. Ref told the West Ham player to go away before he dropped the ball so that he could essentially just give the ball to the Chelsea player.

Normally West Ham or whoever it is would kick the ball back to Chelsea. Is this a rule change? I can’t see why the ref would tell the WH player to go away.
