I would have very much preferred if we played 4 young lads and got beaten 3 nil.
Would have been better and more beneficial than that shite.
Utter waste of time.

One of the weirdest nights in his era. And he had a few of those.
Gutted, not because we lost, but of how absurd it was tonight.

Two nailed on penalties not given in a dead rubber?
What will it be like in a knock out match?
Against a darling side? Oh yes, just like the CL games against the Dippers.

We have zero chance of winning this competition.

Can’t blame Walker, to be fair. The cunt had been hacking us all game without any thought of censure.

Overall, thought it was a half decent team but didn’t expect that performance.

And what the fuck is that absolute pollock going on about, asking for an extended ban? Remember when we were told to support English clubs in Europe? It was a lie.

We have to be 100% on it to win any game in the CL. They call it ‘luck’, I call it cheating.

Walker was a dick, but I understand his frustration, given the horribly one-sided officiating.

You can blame Walker. He’s a dickhead. He now misses the away leg in the round of 16.

No worse than Foden though.

Very true. Foden has credit in the bank though. I dont think grealish has put in one performance this season that matched versus say liverpool or brighton off top of my head. I love Jack just as much as you but he needs to be showing more. He looks off the pace, slow even at times.

Grealish did play well in the home match against Leipzig but that’s about it.

Just fucking stupid managerial decisions tonight that will cost us in the future. Piss poor.
And then you wonder why people get annoyed with him and call him Baldie.

Kyle only has himself to blame for that

Nope , the manager is to blame for playing him in a no mark game .

Manager made alot of mistakes tonight but walker booting someone is not his fault. Wouldnt mind he didnt even catch him properly. It was cowardly and braindead.

Poor old Carl has slim pickings on pep these days, give him his nibble mate.

Although, this ranks highly in his most absurd ones

I’d put the blame at Pep’s feet for it. Why buy someone and ask them to completely change the way they play? Either they fit and we get them or they don’t fit and we admire from afar.
