Not super excited with the hour, but Chelsea will miss Mendy.
I think a win will really make us clear favorites.

Zero expectations of Brentford pulling something.

Was thinking the same. Is Pep available to sit on the bench?

Yes he is, just said this ar presser -:

We have some new Covid cases.

"Some people are coming, some people are positive again.

"When you test twice negative you come back otherwise you stay at home isolating, like happens at all the clubs in the last three months

.He [Thomas Tuchel] didn’t like the way they played at home so they are going to play a different way.

"Seeing the Liverpool game and Spurs, I saw at Chelsea that they were completely different to what we played in Stamford Bridge.

"Football is every day. The best games were in the last few days.

"Football is constant evolution. You have periods where you play good, the key is to sustain that for as long as possible.

"Tomorrow we face the European champion. An excellent team."

2 new cases apparently not named. Sterling back in training but some of last weeks covid players still isolating. They included Foden who you'd imagine will be ok now as he'd missed the previous game, Grealish, Zinch and Ederson.

Really hope Eddie is ok as he's so important to the way we play.
The only regulars i can think of who've not had it are Dias and Silva. Again i really hope it's not those 2.

Totally agree.

Once our defensive players are largely unaffected, the goals can come from anywhere.

Arsenal request the north London derby on Sunday to be postponed. A farce. Their players are missing due to injuries and the AFCON. Tough fucking luck

I have said before on this issue, who is taking the piss out of who, clubs have carte blanche to manipulate their fixture list, its getting bizarre

When the clubs did not know the rules re postponments most matches were played. Then the PL published the criteria, under pressure from the clubs. Since then the clubs know how to get games postponed and some abuse the system. Dippers, Rags, Arsenal, Everton, etc...as expected are first in the queue.
Having said that it has worked out well for us so far.....and the postponed matches will have to be played, so it will bite all those cnuts in the arse eventually.

When are they gonna give an official response? 10 minutes before kick off.
Even both set of fans are despicable, I reckon some will travel from abroad for this. Who will compensate them?
Are football supporters still relevant?

Ridiculous.
So if any team can't field their best 11, they can ask for the game to be postponed.

Absolutely stinks. Can’t abide Spurs nor Levy, obviously, but they will be rightfully spitting feathers at this.

The FA once again showing how inept they are

Thought I’d put the Newcastle v Watford game on to see how they’re progressing. Definitely shouldn’t have bothered.

I find myself agreeing with Neville and Carragher. Clubs, who have 100+ players, shouldn't be able to cancel
