Some transformation since Howe arrived.

I watched a couple of their games after EH arrived and while they have always had a couple of decent players, it was amazing what a difference Trippier made to them mentally. Completely changed their attitude over the course of few games.
The other players were improved and a bit better organised - that would be the managers influence, but whenever they started to get uncomfortable under pressure they just played it to Trippier who had complete control, calmed everything and set them off again. When i say complete control i mean complete. I've rarely seen a player, outside of centre mid, who has totally dominated games like that. Think Cancelo and Ruben rolled into one. He had both teams in his fucking pocket, dictated play even from that right wing. I think it was Brentford away and Brighton at home, and Villa games i saw.

Anyway the influence on the Toon was plain as day and the bulk of it was mental, so i imagine that will be in the dressing room and training as well.
After watching those games i mentioned on here they would get 10th easily.

Trippier got injured and they dropped a game or two against Spurs and Chelsea but bounced back since. They could be the dark horse team. Trippier is due to return v. soon. Dippers go there end of April and we have them in May in M/c.
I'm glad we've got them at home, because if their attitude is up, they could yet be a handful.

I agree that the improvement is amazing, Howe doing a good job, with more investment they will be a force, especially at St James, if they get a decent side with that crowd behind them it could be a very difficult place to go

Indeed, they're the new City, gone from being everyone's "second team" (believe me, that's no compliment, it's a piss take), to another evil empire, standing in the way of those salt of the earth, honest to goodness paragons of virtue, rags, dippers and arse.

Yes, loving their upturn in fortunes. They are going to be challenging the European places next season if they recruit well ans with the massive rebuild that is tequired both on and off the pitch at the swamp, they could doon be replacing them

does this mean the rags might be battling relegation?

Nah, Ten whatsisname will have them winning the quadruple.

He's the new Pep don't you know.

TBH, the rags fighting relegation scenario I want to see is from the Football League.

Ten Pinbolling ?

Ten Bobnote ?

Ten deristhenight ?

Ten Den Haag ?

He's going to suffer .

They have players on medium term contracts . Even Tranny had two years to go at an outrageous cost .

They are a shambles . He has no idea what he is walking into.

i mean Fred as your midfielder .

Neville is fucking hilarious.

"We have to give him time". Like he said they had to give ole time. "We're going through a transition period and a big overhaul is needed"

Hey Gary, what about when we were building - from fucking scratch I might add - and you were giving it the whole "money can't buy you success" tripe?

Now you want money and time to be afforded to a club who have already spent the most on their squad, having already been on top??

It's comical

If you look at Salford City FC and the state they are in and their backing company which is the class of 92 you will see how qualified Gary is to comment on financial affairs of a football club.

The UTD way - play the youngsters and give the manager time :)
When that did not work - splash the borrowed cash - big time (while letting the infrastructures decline and siphoning cash via dividends)
When that did not work - get in ten bob and build from scratch - buying your way out of it on borrowed money

seemingly debt and borrowed money is clean because it is 'organic',
whereas no debt financed by oil money is dirty because it cuts out cartel members

I was keeping quiet because I don’t want it to seem like I hate every fan base (I do). But like you say, they gave us a lot of shit since 2008. That fat prick, the True Geordie - he’s called us scum and ripped into us many a time.

Plus I’m still not over when we played them in the Cup in 2002 under Keegan and they fouled Weaver for their goal and got away with it.

That fat ugly cunt talking about meeting women :)
He could spend the same amount on women as the Rags have on transfers and have even less success.

Out of curiosity, who does he support now? Since clearly it would be against his principles to continue to support Newcastle?

geologically, the earth's axis , the flip from Summer to Winter has changed , but only slightly .

The effect is that Meccah, is no longer on Maine Rd., but has shifted to Eastlands .

Please be aware.

Holidays in Saudia, that lost wages trap in the Middle east are a waste of time .

Meccah is Etihad complex , Manc.

scouse 1 & 2 , Rags are already bowing to Meccah.

Comfortably beat Norwich today and are now in 9th.

Confidence high and they host the Dippers on Sat

Not really expecting anything as i think they will get caught out by the scouce cunts - but of all the teams they have to play, Toon could be the ones that give them unexpected trouble.
